Features
■ 8 (4) or 16 channels with Floating GND and voltage and current regulation, in different
versions with voltages up to 10 kV and currents up to 15 mA
■ Other voltage and current combinations on request also combined with low
voltages (EMS module)
■ Low ripple and noise ( < 10 mVP-P up to 4 kV)
■ Measurement and setting values in floating-point single precision
■ Each channel floating (Standard 20 V, up to 2 kV channel to channel and to C-GND)
■ Hardware current and voltage limit per module
■ Programmable fast hardware current trip per channel
■ Flexible group and event handling, e.g. for time delayed trip processing, sample rate
and digital filter adjustable
■ Protection circuitry e.g. safety loop, ramp down, optional INHIBIT per channel
■ Very compact (6U cassette)
■ Each channel fully remote controllable via CAN interface
■ Low cost system crates for up to 8 modules
